A leading consulting agency established a multiracial Employee Resource Group (ERG) and was in need of a keynote speaker to center in on their experiences. The Farzana Nayani team delivered two keynote events on “Raising Multiracial Children” and “Navigating Imposter Phenomenon as a Multiracial Individual.” The events were well-received and resulted in the most-attended internal ERG event in the company’s history.

Farzana Nayani, an expert with personal experience on multiracial parenting and navigating the world as a multiracial individual, delivered two keynote events that were created for an audience of multiracial individuals and family members. Resources on multiracial theory and various media resources were provided to attendees as well.
Results
The partnership with Farzana Nayani’s team resulted in the successful delivery of two keynote events for the agency’s multiracial ERG. The events were well-received and resulted in the highest-attended internal ERG event in the company’s history. More than 350 individuals attended the first event, and over 100 individuals attended the second event. Attendees were provided with multiracial theory resources and various media resources to support their growth and understanding of navigating the world.
