In partnership with the University of Southern California’s Race and Equity Center, NIKE, the athletic company, held a DEI Leadership Acceleration Academy for over 350 employee network leaders and members. The Farzana Nayani team led a 3-hour training on how to support their Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) from the perspective of a leader, member, and company ally. Tools of support and best practices were provided through frameworks used in Nayani’s book, The Power of Employee Resource Groups: How People Create Authentic Change.
