Meet Your Guides On Your ERG Journey

The program guides for the 2024 cohort will be announced once registration opens.

Katrina Liew Wilson (she/her/name) is an equity-centered people leader and educator with a career spanning over 20 years of leading diverse teams, creating affinity and employee resource groups, curating learning content, and working as a mentor for future inclusion advocates. She partners with organizational stakeholders to drive key internal and external strategies, guides the creation of safe spaces for dialogue and authentic belonging, mentors ways to build community outreach alliances, and works to ensure accessibility remains at the forefront of Employee Resource Groups. She has experience launching and growing ERGs in organizations. She believes in self-awareness and advocacy to drive people development which empowers employees and organizational leaders towards collaborative strategy and equitable outcomes. Growing up multiracial and intersectional, Katrina’s upbringing led her to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at a very young age as a means of finding common ground. She realized she could choose to accept the world around her and work to guide her community toward the goal of bringing humans together instead of pushing one another apart. As a caretaker and involved community member, she works to empower those around her to liberate themselves with deep internal work to be unified and not uniform.

Natasha Bradley’s (she/her) expertise, passion, and dedication make her an exceptional professional in project management and DEIB initiatives. Her work integrity, organizational prowess, people management proficiency, and facilitation skills have garnered positive feedback from both supervisors and peers. Natasha has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, developed training materials, and set strategic goals. She focuses on people’s strengths and promotes personal and group excellence. Natasha is a natural communicator with a talent for guiding others in expressing their emotions. She brings forth ERG expertise with her experience previously leading over 10 Employee Resource Groups for the Brooklyn Nets and Wunderkind. She has developed customized ERG frameworks for organizations, oversaw over 10 ERGs, and worked with over 20 ERG leaders to streamline operations and provide support.
