Michele “MJ” Jordan (she/hers) is the Founder & CEO of Mosaic Butterfly Consultancy and a global leader with proven expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Learning & Development (L&D) and Change Management (CM). With a career spanning over 20 years, MJ has earned her stripes in driving impactful change within retail, financial services and consulting industries. MJ was at Nike for the past decade, and most recently held a leadership role as the Director of DEI Education as well as co-chaired the coveted Black Employee Network (BEN), leaving an indelible mark.


Alma Ramos (she/hers) is a Client Project Manager & Consultant for Farzana Nayani Consulting & Training and is a passionate advocate for anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her work is dedicated to creating more equitable spaces and increasing retention for marginalized communities. She has facilitated and led multiple workshops focusing on how to create equitable and inclusive workplace environments. She specializes in affinity group spaces and advocating for the wellness of BIPOC communities, holding these sessions for 400+ employee clients.
